To complete the US Core Provider Certification
Please read carefully
All of the information you need to complete your certification is located at Core Provider Home.

How to Sign-in to Core Provider Home:
Access the Core Provider Home from the Home Page at Ultrasoundcore.com by clicking on the icon or US Core Provider in the image bar shown below. Or, find the Core Provider Home in the menu bar under Certifications.
Once you've clicked on the Core Provider Home, a pop-up box will appear asking you for the password.

Please check the email you entered during registration to find your password for the Core Provider Home. Remember this password, you cannot change it. You will be asked to provide this password each time you want to enter the Core Provider Home.

How to Navigate the Core Provider Home page:
The Core Provider Home page has three sections to help you complete your certification. You can jump to a different selection by clicking on the title in the sections heading.

You will find easy access to training documents and forms for the Quick Core Exam by clicking on the icons listed next to US Core Provider Documents. Please abide by the copywrite restreictions as indicated on each document. These documents are for your personal use in clinic and are not to be reprinted for education, commercial or other use or shared with collegues in your same clinic. This is a free training - encourage others to enroll for training. .
